Our Commitment to Health & Safety

  1. Safety Measures:
    • Facility Security: Access to the nursery is secured with controlled entry points, CCTV monitoring, and designated personnel.
    • Visitor Protocols: All visitors are required to sign in and wear visitor badges. Parents and guardians must provide identification for pickup.
    • Emergency Drills: Regular fire drills and emergency evacuation practices are conducted to ensure that staff and children are prepared for any situation.
  2. Hygiene Practices:
    • Regular Sanitization: All classrooms, play areas, and common spaces are sanitized daily, with high-touch surfaces cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
    • Handwashing Protocol: Children are encouraged and supervised to wash hands frequently, particularly before meals and after play.
    • Sick Child Policy: Children displaying signs of illness (fever, cough, contagious illness) are required to stay home. Parents are notified immediately if a child falls ill during the day.
  3. First Aid:
    • Certified Staff: At least one certified first-aid-trained staff member is on-site at all times to handle any minor injuries or medical concerns.
    • On-Site Nurse: A licensed nurse is available during operating hours to attend to the medical needs of children.
    • Emergency Contacts: Parents are required to provide updated emergency contact information and list any known allergies or health conditions.
