How to Apply
Step 1 : Initial Inquiry
- Contact Us: Reach out via phone, email, or in person to request information.
- Information Package: We’ll provide you with an overview of our programs, curriculum, fees, and available spots.
Step 2 : Schedule a Visit
- Tour of the Nursery: Schedule a time to tour our facilities, meet staff, and see classrooms and play areas.
- Q&A Session: Our team will answer any questions you may have about the programs, daily routine, and policies.
Step 3 : Complete Application Form
- Online or In-Person: Access the application form on our website or collect a hard copy from the admissions office.
- Documents to Submit:
- Completed application form
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Copies of child and parents’ Emirates ID and passports
- Recent passport-sized photographs
- Child’s vaccination records
- Previous ECC reports (if applicable)
Step 4 : Submit Documents and Registration Fee
- Document Review: Our admissions team will verify the submitted documents for accuracy.
- Registration Fee: Pay the non-refundable registration fee to secure the application.
Step 5 : Admission Assessment (If Applicable)
- Evaluation: Children may undergo an informal assessment to gauge readiness and identify any additional needs.
- Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): If applicable, personalized plans will be developed with parents.
Step 6 : Admission Offer and Fee Payment
- Acceptance Letter: Upon successful application review, an offer letter will be sent.
- Fee Payment: Secure your child’s place by completing the term’s fee payment as specified in the offer letter.
Step 7 : Orientation Session
- Mandatory Orientation: Attend the orientation to understand our policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations.
Step 8 : Official Start Date
- Enrollment Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation letter with your child’s start date, class assignment, and any final instructions.
Transport
WizKidz Nursery has a bus facility to pick up and drop off our children from and to their respective places. We have professional drivers and staff on board to look after the children while travelling and ensure safe transportation.

WizKidz Nursery accepts children aged 6 months to 59 months (up to 5 years old).

You’ll need to submit:

Some children may undergo an informal assessment to evaluate developmental readiness. This is designed to help us tailor our care and support, especially for children who may benefit from individualized education plans.
The AED 1,000 registration fee is due at the time of application submission to secure your child’s place. This fee is non-refundable.
Yes, a 5% discount is available for parents who choose to pay the full annual tuition fee at the start of the academic year.
Absolutely! We encourage parents to schedule a visit to tour our facilities, observe classrooms, and ask any questions about the programs and environment.
We recommend submitting applications as early as possible, as spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are accepted year-round based on availability.
Tuition fees can be paid via bank transfer, credit card, or cheque. Termly and annual payment plans are also available to suit your budget.
To secure a spot, parents must submit all required documents, pay the registration fee, and complete the first term’s tuition fee by the specified date in the offer letter.
If withdrawal is necessary, a percentage of the tuition fee may be refunded according to KHDA guidelines, based on the number of weeks attended.
Yes, we allow program changes based on availability and with sufficient advance notice. Please contact the admissions office to discuss any changes in your child’s enrollment.
