Commitment to Fees: Upon enrollment, parents agree to the fee structure, payment terms, and refund policies as outlined in the WizKidz Fee Structure.
Notice of Withdrawal: A written notice of at least 30 days is required for any withdrawals. Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with KHDA guidelines.
Attendance & Punctuality:
Drop-Off and Pickup Timings: Parents agree to adhere to the nursery’s operating hours and are responsible for arranging timely pickup of their children.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Medical Information: Parents are required to inform the nursery of any allergies, health conditions, or dietary restrictions. In case of an emergency, the nursery will make every effort to contact parents, but reserves the right to seek medical assistance if required.
Conduct & Discipline:
Behavioral Policy: WizKidz maintains a positive, nurturing environment, and parents agree to support behavioral guidance as outlined in the nursery’s policies.
Suspension: The nursery reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in cases of severe misconduct or consistent non-compliance with nursery policies.
Liability:
Assumption of Risk: Parents acknowledge that while WizKidz implements high standards of care and supervision, participation in nursery activities includes inherent risks. The nursery is not liable for any minor accidents or injuries that may occur.
