How to Apply
Step 1
Initial Inquiry
- Contact Us: Reach out via phone, email, or in person to request information.
- Information Package: We’ll provide you with an overview of our programs, curriculum, fees, and available spots.
Step 2
Schedule a Visit
- Tour of the Nursery: Schedule a time to tour our facilities, meet staff, and see classrooms and play areas.
- Q&A Session: Our team will answer any questions you may have about the programs, daily routine, and policies.
Step 3
Complete Application Form
- Online or In-Person: Access the application form on our website or collect a hard copy from the admissions office.
- Documents to Submit:
- Completed application form
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Copies of child and parents’ Emirates ID and passports
- Recent passport-sized photographs
- Child’s vaccination records
- Previous ECC reports (if applicable)
Step 4
Submit Documents and Registration Fee
- Document Review: Our admissions team will verify the submitted documents for accuracy.
- Registration Fee: Pay the non-refundable registration fee to secure the application.
Step 5
Admission Assessment (If Applicable)
- Evaluation: Children may undergo an informal assessment to gauge readiness and identify any additional needs.
- Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): If applicable, personalized plans will be developed with parents.
Step 6
Admission Offer and Fee Payment
- Acceptance Letter: Upon successful application review, an offer letter will be sent.
- Fee Payment: Secure your child’s place by completing the term’s fee payment as specified in the offer letter.
Step 7
Orientation Session
- Mandatory Orientation: Attend the orientation to understand our policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations.
Step 8
Official Start Date
- Enrollment Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation letter with your child’s start date, class assignment, and any final instructions.

One-Time Registration Fee: AED 1,000 (non-refundable)
This fee secures your child’s enrollment and covers administrative costs. It is due upon acceptance of your child’s application.

Termly Payments
Tuition can be divided into three term payments, due at the beginning of each term.
Annual Payment
Paying the full annual fee at the start of the academic year qualifies for a 5% discount.
Supplementary Fees
- Monthly E-Resource Fee: Provides access to digital resources that support children’s learning at home and in the classroom.
- Transportation Fee: Optional service with RTA-approved vehicles. Fees vary based on distance.
- Medical Fee: Covers annual medical assessments and health-related resources.
